Reservation

Regularly (potential) customers wish to reserve an item digitally to come and view later in the physical store. To avoid withholding items in vain, we charge a reservation fee. The reservation fee serves as a 'deposit' and is only refunded if the reserver visits the store within the agreed period to view the item. If the reservationist fails to visit, the reservation fee is forfeited. The reservation fee depends on the number of days we reserve an item and amounts to:
