The Seiko 5X53 caliber is the prestigious analog GPS Solar DualTime caliber. On the dial, the GPS signal indicator shows whether the watch is connecting to the global GPS network. It also shows how many satellites the watch is connecting to. Determining the correct time zone requires connection to at least 4 satellites. If the watch is fully charged, the watch connects to one satellite up to 2x per day to correct the time. This makes the 5X53 GPS Solar watch extremely accurate and the watch has a deviation of only 1 second per 100,000 years. If necessary, the local time can also be changed manually.

The smart Perpetual Calendar function ensures that the watch always shows the correct date until the year 2100.
